1 Acceptance of Terms

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

bingoplus kyc reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• We are required to do so for compliance, legal, or regulatory reasons.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or account closure.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and has no remaining balance.

Where an account is closed due to a player-initiated request, any remaining balance (after settlement of all pending bets) will be returned to the player using the same payment method as their most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being in order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at bingoplus kyc's discretion.

12 Changes to These Terms

bingoplus kyc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered players through the platform or via the contact details held on your account. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through the support channel.
